Not sure what to say?

It was only yesterday that I received the news of Mr. Mertz passing. I met Mr. Mertz while employed at HCO. A very ambitious young man he was. I am sorry for your loss. It is my prayer that God will heal your sorrow and restore your joy.

Sorry to learn of Paul Mertz passing, he was CEO when I worked at the Beth and was a very nice and dedicated leader. My sympathy to his family, so hard to lose one so young. E. Thorne Morris

I was so sorry to learn of Mr. Mertzs' passing. I had been an employee at NBIMC when he was Director. I found him honest, forthright and approachable. My sincere sympathies to his family.

My thoughts are with you and your family. Paul and I were good friends through High School ,our Moms worked at the same nursing home. I often think about my old classmates and he is one of them. I will continue to pray for you all.

I worked with Paul when he was the CEO of Newark Beth Israel and I was Chief Operations Officer for EMTAC.

He was a true professional and a class act. He will be missed by all.

My condolences to the Mertz Family.

Heartfelt sympathy to all of Paul's family. He was sincere & caring. Our family remembers with fond gratitude and affection how he stopped in to visit my father, Mr. Ruh, in ICU and CCU before my dad passed. His visits always brought a smile to my Dad's face. We remember Paul as genuine and caring - one that truly made a difference in the lives he touched.

To Nadine, Zach, Jason, Olivia and extended family: May God comfort you doing this difficult time. Please know that you will be thought of, and prayed for over the days ahead. God's blessings to you all. Love, gail Nicholas & family (Bishop Janes UMC Church office manager)

My deepest prayers and condolences go out to the Mertz Family. I worked with Mr. Mertz when he was a part of The Orange Memorial Family. Thank You for sharing him with us.
