Not sure what to say?

I received the emailed legacy notice yesterday. I then read Paul's obituary again along with the prior comments of friends and myself over the past 2 years. They bring back the loss of Paul's passing. Over the past 2 years I have lost other friends. The loss of my wife Dale is still very intense and painful. I guess this is the life of survivors. Laura, I wish you, and all family members, comfort in dealing with your loss.

Laura, fall is here and for me it represents the beginning of the end of this year. Fall reminds me intensely of friends and family that have passed. I am reminded so much of Paul's passing and the good times we had at CVCC. It is hard to accept his loss. I lost Dale on March 8, 2023 and my life will never be the same. Fall reminds me of when I Dale and I were dating in high school and also of our early married years and living in Blacksburg when I was finishing my senior year and masters...

My thoughts and prayers are with Laura and the family at this time. Marleen DeLauder

I am very sorry to read of the passing of Mr. Morrison. He was one of my favorite professors at CVCC when I was there in the `80´s. Praying for peace and comfort for all his family.

Paul made a huge difference in the lives of all he touched. I did not know him well but we were colleagues at CVCC and I always enjoyed his smile whenever we met. You all have my deepest sympathy and you will be remembered in my thoughts and prayers.

Laura, I am very sorry to hear of Paul´s passing. I knew he suffered from Parkinson´s. Paul was a good friend and an excellent colleague at CVCC. I will always remember the training programs that we designed and presented together at various firms and non profit institutions in the Central Virginia area. Paul was an excellent instructor and a great communicator. I fondly remember the good times our families enjoyed at our house on Smith Mountain Lake. Paul touched many lives in a most...

He was an exceptional teacher with wonderfully dry wit, I was honored to be both his pupil and co-worker at CVCC. Wishing you peace.

Paul was not only my favorite teacher but was also a mentor. We developed a great friendship over the years and I thought of him as the grandfather I never had. I will miss him dearly. We often spoke of his wife, kids, and his grand kids. He was so proud of them all.
