Thelma, sorry to hear about your loss. I went to Huntington East High School with Paul Don and worked with him at Owens-Illinois for 31 years. He was a good friend and a wonderful christian man. He was loved and respected by everyone who knew him. God gave him a gift of singing and a wonderful sense of humor. He will be missed. God bless you and your family.

Dear Niday family,

Words of sympathy can't express how sad were were to learn of Paul Don's death. His wonderful attitude and great sense of humor will always be in our memories and his songs will be forever in our hearts. He, like your entire family, are very special people and we will never forget the times at Otterbein. May God bless and strengthen each of you in the days to come.

Love,

Dear Thelma and children,
How sadden we are to hear of Paul Don's death. I have known and loved him since our first year of Oley Jr. High. Many of us have lost friends as we age, but those special ones hurt so much more. I'm sure one of heaven's stars will be dim for a long time. Fondly, Gerry Wolford, Sebring, Florida.

Mrs. Niday:

I remember hearing my dad, Lucky Dorning, talk about working with Paul Niday at the Owens Illinois plant. My dad worked in the Maintenance Department and did several furnace rebuilds. He died in 1987 and I remember that Mr. Niday was at the funeral and that meant so much to my mom. I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. May God be with you and your family and help you through this time of sorrow.

Ican't tell you how sad i was to read that paul don had passway my heart go out to the whole niday family god bless you all DON FUDGE

Matt,

I am so sorry to hear about your father. I remember fondly your stories about your dad and MU football from our days together at OLBH. I recently lost my father and know the difficulty your family faces, you will be in my prayers.

Dear Mrs. Niday and family, I am terribly sorry to hear of your loss. I will never forget Mr. Niday and his kindness. I played Little League Baseball against his Cubs in the late 60's and he always had a smile and something good to say. Matt was just a little guy back then. My Uncle Dan Rowsey worked with Mr. Niday at Owens and I would often ask about him. I feel Mr. Niday had a positive influence on my life and I will miss him. God bless you and your families.
