Not sure what to say?

I truly admired and enjoyed working with Dr. Ogburn. He was absolutely a gentleman in every way. He is an awesome addition to heaven and a great loss to those of us left here on earth! My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I have many fond memories of Sunday lunches at the old Davis Hospital and of lazy summer days at the lake. Your father was a warm, learned, and compassionate man. My deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers to your entire family.

Paul, I am so sorry to learn of the passing of your Dad. I have wonderful memories of him from the swim team trips and meets! He lived a very admirable life and he was a wonderful man. I hope you and your family will find peace in the loving memories of your Dad. God bless and keep you. Sherril Johnson Boyer (Fernandina Beach, FL)

Anne and I send our deepest sympathy to a wonderful family. I have such warm memories of being in the Ogburn home as I was growing up. I am blessed to have known the Ogburn family. I even remember the parents of Dr and Mrs. Ogburn. Dr.and Mrs Ogburn were always so kind to the "kid" across the street. May God bless you all and give you peace

Please know the staff of Davis Regional Medical Center mourn the loss of Dr. Ogburn. He truly was a great man and a legend in our hospital. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. -Janie Stikeleather

Paul--I am sorry to read of the passing of your Dad. I fondly remember playing tennis with him on Brett's clay court in Statesville. He was a tough competitor and I prefered to have him as my doubles partner instead of my opponent. God bless.
