My sincerest condolences to the family of Dean Parlato. I first met him through the Springfield Leadership Academy which was facilitated by Wittenberg University and the Springfield Chamber of Commerce. I was surprised when he asked me to present my final paper to the group of leadership scholars who graduated with me.
