My husband John worked with Paul in the 4th District and I also knew Paul from his extensive work in the Slavic Village area in my work with The Neighborhood News. He was a great man and a good person to have as a friend. He will be deeply missed and my sympathy and prayers to the entire family. You are in our thoughts. John and Judy (Goldsworth) Petranek

It was a privilege to work with Paul in the 3rd and 4th Police Districts for many years. Paul was a great co-worker and friend, soft-spoken and a good listener. His advice was always valued. He was a very proud family man and father and a true gentleman. Paul will be missed by all who knew him. Deepest condolences to the family of Paul Perhacs. Well done, Paul! May you rest in peace.
