Not sure what to say?

born 1946

Paul Pirro was one of the kindess, gentlest, most caring man I've every known. He received many honors in his life which he earned, but his greatest achievement was the wonderful person he presented every day of his life. You will be greatly missed by all.

Marcia and family,
I was so sorry to hear about your loss. Mr. Pirro was always ready with a wave and a smile when I would walk around Steven's Drive. I felt great kinship to him as both my husband and father were War veterans. When my husband died, he was instrumental in having a memorial done for him at the War Memorial at the NYS Fair grounds. What a bright light he was and so generous to all who knew him.
All of my sympathy to you and your family who have lost a wonderful...

To Paul's Family: I had the honor of being a Brother Knight in the Knights of Columbus with Paul. He always had sage words to help out and advise. In addition, Paul knew my Uncle, Ted Giacchi, and Cousin, Al Giacchi,(same name as mine, but different person) who both worked with Paul at New Process. We had many conversations about those NPG years. I know this is a tremendous loss for your family, but also for the Sacred Heart Church and the community. May God bless and console you at this...

I had know Paul for many years. I was proud to have know Paul and always admired the quiet way he conducted himself. How he carried America's Freedom on his sholders during WWll. His outstanding Bravery in the face of enemy fire during his service to our Country and that of the World.
Paul was truly the Greatest Generation.
Omaha Beach, Battle of the Bulge, Bastogne and many others earning him medal after medal including a Presidental Citiation.
After the war Paul's service...

I have many great memories of Paul. He was a great man. I will miss him dearly. Love and God Bless Marcia and her family, Keith Kowalski and Paulina Grasso- Kowalski.

I will say a little words about Paul Pirro--out of respect for him.

Most people might not know it, but he was one of our Founding Fathers of UAW Local 624. He played an important role, as he was one of a few workers who were out in front in forming our union at New Process Gear.

Paul not only helped his UAW Sisters and Brothers who worked alongside of him in his 31 years at the plant; but hundreds of workers who followed him over the decades. Many of those...
