To Angela and Family and all of Chuck's loved ones: My wife and I send our deepest sympathy at this sad time. I have great memories of Chuck and of our working together in the Charleston area. He was a very fine person and an outstanding law enforcement officer. My wife, Aneah and I will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. With deepest condolences, Jim Lockaby, retired DEA

Angela and Family,
I am truly sorry for your loss. Chuck gave it his all. Never once giving in. I spoke to him a few weeks ago about doing some work for us and I told him that if he wasn't up to it that I could get someone else. Of course his response was "No I can do it, let me know when." Chuck was not just an associate he became a friend. I will miss you, Chuck and thanks for all the advice you have given me over the years.

Becky and family, so sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. Such memories we have of long ago. May all your fondest memories bring you comfort at this time. Rest in peace Chuck. God be with you all.
