Word just made it to me. I'm so sorry to hear the news, and my condolences his family. Paul made our first semester at Yale delightful. He was so down-to-earth, and practical, and gentle and kind. We were in the same IGB group, and his insights about group behavior were always sensible. We also shared a love of operations and did several production projects together.
