Dear Janna, Mark Lisa, Todd & Marcie:

I'm saddened to learn of your dad's passing and I was unaware your mom had passed previously. As you all know, your parents showed a great kindness to those "hillbillies" (as they called us) from Missouri when we worked for Del Monte during the summer months to pay for our college. Your parents and all of you played important role in my growing up during those years. My sympathies and love to you all.
