Paul was the oldest living Past President of the Kiwanis Club of San Jose and Past Lieutenant Governor of Kiwanis Division 12. Two years ago we were honored to present him with the Kiwanis International Foundation Hixson Fellowship award. Pep was a great servant to the community.
