To my extended family, Mr. and Mrs.
Rafferty, Bill, Julie my sister and best friend, Erik and Ruthie.
My heart goes out to all of you, I wish I could take away your pain.
You all made Paul the great man that he is and always will be. I know Paul is still skydiving but in a much more beautiful part of the sky.
I'm a better person for knowing him and all of you.
Be strong and hold on to each other and us your friends.

My deepest sympathy to the Rafferty family. Sorry to have lost track of everyone. Went to school with Bill and met Paul when he had just joined the Army, but being a Navy guy who worked on airplanes I could never understand jumping out of a good one, even when he offer to take me up on a jump. He was great at what he did, and I'm proud to say GO ARMY. FLY HIGH FLY PROUD and FLY FREE. ALL OUR BEST Sam, Roberta(Binka) & Shiloh Shive

I only knew Paul for two short years in 7th and 8th grade at Allen Middle School. He was one of those people I often thought about over the years and wondered whatever happened to him.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the Rafferty family. I was so saddened to hear of Paul's passing at such a young age.

My deepest sympathy to Paul’s family. You have lost a dear loved one, we who knew Paul have lost part of us also. May the passing of time heal the pain of our loss but never fade our memory of him.
