Paul M. Rehm, age 98, of Perry, Arkansas, passed away, Saturday, April 22, 2018. He was born September 26, 1919 in Oppelo, Arkansas, a son of the late Frank Rehm and Albertine Flocks Rehm. He was a World War II Army veteran and life member of V.F.W. Posts, 10483 and 15004. He was a Carpenter and member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. Survivors include his children, Randy Rehm of Oppelo, and Paula (Ernie) Barton of Jerusalem; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Flola Mae Windham Rehm, son, Danny C. Rehm, and grandson, Jeremy Rehm. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 26, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church with Father Richard Davis officiating. Burial will be at St. Elizabeth Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. Rosary will be 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, with visitation following at the funeral home.

So many memories of weekend card games at Flola and Paul's house during my adolescence days. Paul was always the positive comical spark to a bad moment. Whistle britches, whipper snapper, although I don't remember all of his comical names for children, I'll always remember that soft spoken voice that caused one to always smile.

My last visit with Paul was about 6 years ago while replacing a water heater at my folks house. Mom called Paul to let him know I was there. I was so...

Was our neighbor many years when we lived in the St Elizabeth community, Flola Mae and my mother became friends during that time, my daddy was a great judge of men and he thought the world of Mr Rehm, my thoughts and prayers are with Paula and the family, he was a good man --RIP Mr Rehm
