I am incredibly sorry for your loss, my sincere condolences. May you always cherish the memories that you've had with your loved one. Remember God's promise at Jeremiah 29:11,12 this will give the family the comfort they all need during this time of grief.

Oh Marilyn, I am so sad for you and your family. Your Dad sounded like a wonderful man. Losing a parent is very hard. If you think back to your good memories of him it will hopefully help.

Only had the pleasure of speaking to Duke on a few occasions and sad to say usually at services for a lost family member. Always a big smile and joyful encounter. Will miss his postings on F.B. and I want to grow old in style and enjoy life as he did.
All the best to his beautiful family

We enjoyed our time with "Duke" and Candy both professionally and personally in the 80's in the Seacoast NH Area. Great times were spent with all the children. "Duke" will be missed but his memory will live on. One day I'm listening to the radio and I hear this familiar voice, it was "Duke" doing the news on WOKQ from Dover, NH. Thanks for all those memories!

In lieu of flowers, the family asks those so inclined to make a donation to Speak Up For Kids at http://speakupforkidspbc.org/. The organization supports the Guardian Ad Litem program in Palm Beach County, FL. Duke was a volunteer advocating for kids in the court system.
