Not sure what to say?

Fondly remember Paul and family often. Many fine memories of both as well as the pride of having his friendship.

Love you Dad. Miss you so much. Finally retired and was looking forward to spending more time with you. God had other plans.

Fondly remembering our favorite "Uncle Paulie" on the anniversary of his going home. We talk about you frequently and Mike misses you immensely hugs and kisses sent to the sky and to your family

Love you dad. Missing you tonight as always. Wish you were here.

RIP brother

Always nice to remember Paul. Since my work is on spinal cord research I think of him often when we make breakthroughs with stem cell technology. Now we are transplanting neurons, very exciting! What a privilege to know Paul, even a little. He went about doing good. Paul was an inspiration -- recovering from a devastating and undeserved injury into energy in helping others.

My sincere sympathy to the Richter Family on the passing of Paul . You are in my family’s thoughts and prayers. Paul always had a genuine concern in my career over the years while at USMA, then in the Army and later in law enforcement . He was a very special guy who devoted his life to the welfare of others.
This stanza from the West Point alma Mater most definitely speaks to Paul:
“And when your work is done,
Your course on earth has run
Let it be said , WELL DONE
