Paul and I started our careers around the same time. He was a very nice coworker, and good person to know. May God bless the family.

I worked with Paul for all of time at the IRS. He was a dedicated worker and a very good friend. Martin Abrams

When I was in the Rehabilitation Home during September 2024 Paul was kind enough to call me many times and gave me kind thoughts and prayers. I just spoke to him approximately 2 weeks ago. I did not know he was suffering from Cancer. Paul was a kind, brilliant and happy person. I worked at the IRS in Church Street with him and have remained good friends with him all these years. I will miss him very much. May he rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Sincerely...
