Paul was a great gentleman and I always enjoyed talking with him about EB. I'm truly sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.

I loved my Uncle Paul dearly. He was "The Kid", and called each one of us "kids' this. He loved his family unconditionally. I will always remember him pinching my cheek while slapping the other, yelling..."Hey Kid! How are ya? You're lookin' good kid!" He also thorougly enjoyed calling me "Ugly", as well as Michele, my cousin. He was "Ugly" and "The Kid".

Grandpa had the best sense of humor. He started a tradition when the grandkids were little that every year on Christmas he would take an ordinary object, cut it apart somehow (with grandmas help), fill it with dollar bills and put it back together for us to find. Every year he got more and more creative and it was just hilarious! He loved watching us try to figure out his trick and we would be in tears from laughing so hard. We are all grown now, some married, but we still looked forward to...
