I am so shocked to hear about Paul's passing. He was helping me with my mom's estate and guided me through some difficult legal procedures after I took over her estate in 2013. He was always so direct and tried to give me the best counsel possible. My condolences to his family.

I am very shocked and saddened to learn that Paul passed away. I just did the math and we met working at the Chasan Leyner firm about 28 years ago. We stayed in touch since then, referring cases to each other, meeting for dinner, sharing war stores, sharing philosophies of life, sharing laughs, and more. He was a friend of mine, and a big loss to me personally. I extend my condolences to his family. Although I never met his children, at dinners we shared he spoke with pride as to their...

I am so sad to hear about Paul's passing. As my late husband's estate lawyer I could not have had someone more caring and compassionate. He was a kind and patient person and I will miss him. My condolences to the family and to the members of his firm. He was truly a beautiful person.

I am profoundly shocked and saddened by the loss of Paul.
He was one of the kindest, sweetest most gentle men I know. He was always emailing me and asking how he could help with my husband's illness. Quietly letting me know he was there for me, and he was my "neighbor and all I had to do was ask and he would be there". We shared a few lunches and he listened and also shared things about his life including his lovely girlfriend.
I would be going tomorrow if it were not for some...

I am at a complete loss of words to hear about Paul's passing. I was his secretary at Witman Stadtmauer and also at Edwards & Angell. He was the kindest giving boss I ever had. After nearly 15 years of not working with him I could still call him & we never missed a beat. My thoughts are with the family at this most difficult time. Rachel - I still remember you coming in & sitting on my lap while you drew me a picture. He will be truly missed!

I found Paul Rosenberg about ten years ago when I was going through a very difficult time in my life and he helped guide me through all the legalities, even though I was over one thousand miles away in distance. So so sorry to hear that he has passed on.
