Send FlowersPaul was born on August 26, 1969 and passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Paul was a resident of Warren, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He attended McDowell High School and later attended Slippery Rock University. In accordance with Paulâs wishes no visitation will be observed. Graveside services will be private. A Celebration of Life service in his memory will be held in Erie PA and announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers and to help cover funeral expenses memorial contributions may be made to any Northwest Savings Bank to Paul Ruby Burial Fund.
