My condolences to the family, I remember having numerous, enjoyable conversations with ALJ Sacks during his tenure at the Pittsburgh ODAR office. He was a hard working individual and will be missed by many.

My sincerest sympathies to the family. I worked with ALJ Sacks when he was at the Pittsburgh Hearing Office, and he was a kind, courteous gentleman; always willing to listen or talk. I enjoyed working with him. Shalom, my friend.
