Paul, I will miss your company in the office above me and enjoying a Miller Lite (your favorite beer) with you whenever possible. Most of all, I will miss your friendship, love of life and love for lobbying, which showed in everything you said and did. Your stories of 'the old days' were epic and I always enjoyed them.
