I was a very good friend of your mother´s in art school and remember when she and your father met. A recent trip to Albuquerque put me in front of a painting of a scrapbook with a newspaper clipping. I realized upon examination of the newspaper portion that I was in the presence of a level of artistic genius so rare I had nothing to compare it to. I will continue to speak of this experience for the rest of my life.

Peter & family, please accept my condolences. When I think about art and artists in S.Fe your father always comes to mind, and always brings a smile.

He will be missed. It was a pleasure to have known him and continue to know him through his art and family.
