Not sure what to say?

Our condolence to the family of Dr. Seavey. He was the most noble, caring person. Always took time to listen to his patients with sincerity and gave them encouragement and excellent care. Our parents Newton and Edith Gibson of Murphy, North Car. were priveleged to have Dr. Seavy, as their Primary care Dr. for many years.
The Gibson Family

Dr. Seavey was a giant whose life example has been an inspiration to so many people. Beloved by patients, colleagues in medicine and nursing and the community, he will be remembered as a true gentleman and healer. A wonderful man whom I am so privileged to have met - such an honor. He leaves this world a much better place. Many thoughts and prayers for his family.

I am so fortunate to have known Dr. Seavey in both a working and personal relationship. His dedication to his patients and Emory Clinic fulfilled the vision Robert Woodruff had for Emory. 'Spike', you will be missed but never replaced in our hearts.
With love and respect.....

I was so sadden to read about Dr. Seavy's passing. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. He was a very caring Person and Doctor. He treated my parents for many years and we appreciated him so much.

Carol,
I enjoyed getting to know your father. He was a very special, sweet man. I know that you will miss him greatly! I will be here for you whenever you need me. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
With love,
Marie

I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Seavey when I was a nurse at Emory Hospital in the 1980's. His gentle and kind manner was always apparent with his patients. I looked forward to caring for his patients as I knew he treated them like a member of his own family. He reminded me so much of my own dad, who was an Internal Medicine M.D. in Athens, GA.- doctors like Dr. Seavey and my dad are a dying breed. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Dr. Seavey's leadership and knowledge are missed at Emory. I'm glad to have known him and extend my sympathy to his family.

Dr. Seavey was the best. I worked for him for 10 years at Emory. He always believed in the Exec. Health Program and was very supportive. He will surely be missed.

To The Seavey Family:

I am glad I had the opportunity to work for and know Dr. Seavey. May he rest in peace.

Love,
