Marlene.. I just discovered this news.. You may remember me as the one Paul put in Place in Potterville, MI to open up the center of the state for Grand Value Homes. MY MOST SINCERE CONDOLENCES. I have been In Bradenton,,Florida for 18 years.

Our families have shared great memories since 1964 living in Boise. All the laughs and adventures with our boats . And of course, Paul trying "to save us" while tubing down the Boise River! All the years of Paul and Dad working together. He was truly one of Dad´s very best friends. Mom and Dad always valued your friendship so much. They loved getting together with you two throughout the years. Now they´re all together again in Heaven. My heart hurts for you, Marlene, and your family. Paul...

Marlene, I'm deeply saddened to hear of Paul's passing. I always enjoyed doing business with him at True Value! He had a unique sense of humor that always brought a smile! With Deepest Sympathy, Eric

Marlene, I am so sorry to read about Paul´s passing. I will remember him at the picnics you hosted at your beautiful home for the Franciscan artists. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. Barb VanNoord

Condolences to a giant of a man; a leader and pioneer in the mobile home industry; and a gentle smile that put everyone at ease.

We are so grateful for our visits with you two in the last few years! You and Paul, the wonderful hosts. He always made us laugh, told and retold stories, clapped those hands together wondering what else he could tell us or make us do. We'll sure miss him, Marlene! Thanks again for sharing him with all the family and your many friends.

Dear Seida Family -- So sorry for your loss. I used to deal with Paul during his Mobile Home Sales days. When I was working at MDOT, he often had to come in to apply for a permit to move a large home. He was always patient, kind and with a smile and sense of humor like no others (and dealing with the gov't wasn't always easy). He invited my children and myself to the farm to see their miniature-type deer anytime we were in the area. We took him up on it and dropped in one day very...

I have fond memories of Paul showing me his rescued animals at the Alto home. My sympathy goes out to Marlene, whom I first got to know as a MSU Master Gardener, then as a fellow Wednesday Painter at the Franciscan Center. Paul enjoyed those annual visits by the artists to Marlene`s lovely gardens. Even as dementia started to affect his life, his personality showed through. My condolences to Marlene and their children on his passing.
