Dear Shirley, and Rick, Les and Joyce and families ...

From cold Moscow, our warmest / fondest thoughts and condolences to you on Paul's passing. I have (and, with me, Olga has) the most vivid / nicest memories of Paul and Shirley ... in countless family pictures going back decades, and of course in person - at all our family celebrations and even through Sam's bar mitzvah at the UN (I recall so well what an effort it was for Paul to come in for that 15 years ago ... and how brave you...

Dear Joyce, Shirley, Les,Rick and the entire Shapiro Family,
May the legacy of love and laughter created within your family sustain you in this time of loss. Paul's love of life and his generosity of spirit will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

The Hines family is sad thinking about your loss. In all my years, I have never heard anything but kind, endearing words about you and Paul. Please accept my heartfelt condolences for Paul. He died on my Dad's 94th birthday. Coincidence? They are both "smiling"...I can see it!

We are saddened by the loss of a loving and wonderfully thoughtful cousin. When Paul said hello it was always accompanied by a warm smile and a kiss on the cheek. We will not be with you at the funeral but our hearts are with you.

Fondest wishes for the entire family from the entire Hines family. It's fair to say that Helen, Paul's oldest living friend, will be looking up at you Paul...and smiling. She loved you so much. Shirley...You were certainly the spark and light of Paul's existence. Joyce, Les, Rick, spouses and all of the grandchildren...you were all, His life and love. One other thing I know...Lennie was there waiting for you on his Birthday, 2/17, and took you into his arms for he loved you...
