Not sure what to say?

Paul was a great guy and fellow Local 103 member. I always knew when I saw Skansy walk on the job, there were going to be lots of laughs. We worked together a lot and I can still remember his sense of humor and his talent. He will be a great loss as a friend and also a great worker. He will be missed. Rest in peace Skansy.

I met Skanesy in Pittsburgh Local 5 IBEW. TICO Electric was the contractor at US Steel, a clean plant not the kind you drink, then Generating Station. The hardest working, thoughtful true IBEW brother. I could write a book. He will missed by all.

Paul was a pleasure to work with. He was always upbeat and had an unforgettable laugh. Paul was stern when necessary and stood up for Union rules and values. I truly enjoyed working with him. Rest in peace
