Not sure what to say?

I loved you so much Paul. You will be greatly missed.

Happy 1st Heavenly Birthday Paul! I miss you!! Love you! Cher

Dearest Paul, Today would have been our 50th anniversary. It´s hard to believe that you´re not here with me to celebrate this day. We lost you so quickly but I´m so thankful that you´ve no longer in pain. I´m so thankful that we had each other to hold onto when we lost Josh. But I´m so sorry that your last month here on earth was spent mourning the loss of our first born Son! I am so glad that you insisted on driving back from Tennessee so we´d have that week to talk about how much...

Paul worked for me in the Boating Safety Unit. He was very diligent, hard working and loved working at Lake Britton. My wife and I loved camping at Burney Falls and Paul would stop by on his way to the lake and talk with our family.

My prayers go out to Cheryl and Jeff.

Our Cousin ,Paul Skinner was loved and respected by family and friends. You were fortunate if he was in your circle of life. He was ethical, hardworking and fun.His Mom, Bobbie was a Brownlee and my Dad's little sister. When Paul came along, he was our littlest cousin and always came with a big happy grin. We all loved Paul and thought so much of him. He was the best cousin you could have. He grew into a really good man and followed his instincts in treating all kindly. We were all so...

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul at the Police Academy and working with him for over 30 years. He will be truly missed by all that knew him. My condolences to Cheryl and the rest of the family. You have endured a lot these last several months. I hope you can find peace in knowing both your husband and son are together and at peace.

Been taking my time to find the right words. Still stunned by his passing. Paul was a great man. I miss our conversations that we would have and the connection in my life. I miss you my friend. Will never forget you or lessons in life I have learned.

I'm humbled by the memory of Paul Skinner. Paul had so much to give and cared enough aspire others. I met Paul back in the old PHPD station at the corner of PH Rd & Oak Park. And was an explorer for most of 1976. I'd see Paul many times around town and he was always kind, respectful and witty. He may have even positively inspired me more than my parents. Paul is one of the reasons I regretted moving out of Pleasant Hill back in 1979. In Paul Skinners memory I'd like offer my condolences...
