Dear Rolly,
I saw construction was being done on your mom' s house on Orion St. and immediately became concerned about Paul. I did a little internet searching and unfortunately saw his obituary. My mother and I want to send you our condolances. I'm pretty sure you will remember us fom your childhood days. Our love goes out to you.

We just heard the news today. Paul and Rolland we go back too many years. Our moms were best friends in high school and continued their friendship until your mom's passing. And I remember you both as babies. Paul, you are with your Mom and Dad now and are at peace, but you're gone too soon.

At Mass yesterday, we sang "Rain Down" and as it rains today, I think fondly of you, Paul. Memories of sitting behind you in St. Rita's 6th-8th grades evoke the same laughter and joy I felt then. I loved your humor, your compassion for others, and spirit even when we lost. Hey, remember cheerleading days at Uni? Well my sweet friend, now I can talk with you without even picking up the phone.
