Paul William Smart

Today would be Bill's 95th birthday. I've just learned of his passing and want to share my sympathies with the family. They hardly need to be told how wonderful a gentleman Bill always was! I feel so honored to have known him and am so thankful that I was able to spend time with Diane and Bill frequently in Fort Lauderdale.
