I was privileged to have several matters as "Opposing Counsel" to Paul when he was in private practice. he was a gentleman and a knowledgeable adversary. I have not seen him in many years but I am sorry to learn of his death.To his family and friends I extend my sincere sympathy and condlonences. And I wish to reiterate my respect for the man.
