My sincerest sympathy to Pat and family.
Paul was an online friend for years. We shared space on Mystery Lyrics, Facebook, Myspace, and various other spots. He was a one-of-a-kind friend with vast musical knowledge. Paul was loved by many and he sincerely cared about everyone. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and an encouraging spirit.

I will deeply miss you my friend.

My condolences to the family and friends of Paul, one of our Mystery Lyrics members, and a fellow New Jerseyan, who passed away last week at the tender age of 53. We always meant to meet for dinner sometime, but sadly, never did. This is a reminder to take the opportunity to meet those with whom you share a common bond, such as our mutual love of music.

Please accept our condolences. We are so sorry for your loss. Paul was a much loved member of our Mystery Lyrics community, and we had noticed of late not seeing his answers or his posts on Facebook. His love of music crossed many borders and boundaries, and the internet helped pave the way to friendships that will be treasured forever.

I also never got to meet Paul in person, but although we were separated by 1000s of miles of water, I considered him a good friend, via Facebook and Mystery Lyrics. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing, he will be sadly missed

Paul and I were musical soul mates. I met him through music on line and we shared music and musical thoughts. He was my friend, even though we never saw each other.

I never got to meet Paul face to face but loved him none the less. he was an online friend that lived just a hop from my home and I am sorry we never got to meet. This might seem strange to some but I considered him a good friend. He was a member of my Mystery Lyrics daily music quiz for years and we will miss him deeply.

May you all find solace in "the Father of tender mercies and God of all comfort" (2Corinthians 1:3) during this difficult time. Although Paul was relatively young, he no doubt left a lasting impression all those who knew and loved him. The gems of precious memories will endure and warm your hearts and minds for ages to come.
