Donna,
This struck me today as one of the saddest new I've ever received. I was one of his resident for Conway House last year. Paul is probably one of the nicest custodian staffs at Lafayette College. Not only that he cares about his residents by giving us candies on Halloween and cleaning up after us, he had also personally helped me so much with my bike as well as the stressful times during midterm and finals where he would chat with me to make me feel better.
