I apologize for being 1 1/2 years late to respond to his passing, but this is the first time I have checked on the status of the man who hired me as a Juvenile Probation Officer 51 years ago. Mr. Sullivan interviewed me & I was struck by his strong Boston accent & thick mustache, as well as his interest in me as a candidate for the position. To all the Sullivan children, We were so sorry to not be able to attend your dads funeral be cause we were out of town. It truly was a privilege to know him over the many years.
