Paul Damian Sullivan M.D.

Dr. Sullivan was greatly loved and admired by his clients and the staff at the Crisis Center. It was a privilege and an honor to have known and worked with him in all of the years he was with us. We had a saying, "If you could choose anyone to be your psychiatrist who would you choose?" The answer would always be, "Dr. Sullivan!" He is greatly missed and left an indelible impression on us all. Our deepest heartfelt condolences to his family.

In loving memory of a wonderful and kind-hearted person. Working with you one-on-one to assist patients in Transitional Psychiatry was truly a life lesson and an honour Dr Sullivan. Thank you for all you did. Your empathetic and unrelenting spirit will be truly missed! My sincerest condolences to family and friends.
