Not sure what to say?

My all-time favorite teacher I didn't hear of his passing until our 25th reunion in 2016. I moved away after High School and really wish I had a time or two to see him before he passed to tell him thank you.

I know my condolences are a month late but I didn't want another day to go by without saying that your Uncle was a fantastic teacher. He was my math teacher at Wooster Jr High, and though it was so long ago, I can truly say that Mr. Swords was one of my favorite teachers. As others have mentioned, he had a true gift to educate not only what was in the text book. His memory as a wonderful person and teacher will be with so many that were blessed to know him. Thank you Mr. Sword for being...

I shall always miss u

I would make it a point to meet Mr Swords at least 1 every 1 or 2 months for breakfast, he was my 7 and 9 grade teacher at Wooster. My favorite martian was what we would call him lovingly. He would always say " being a good human being is more important than the most advance equation". But I can say that I...

I also am one of Mr Swords' grateful students who learned the beauty of mathematics from him, and I recall his engaging smile and kind disposition. Being in Junior High is tough enough but teachers like Mr Swords made it possible. Dr Kochan.

Condolences to the Swords family. Mr. Swords was a good teacher at Wooster Jr High. A real nice guy who cared about his students.

Mr. Swords was an awesome teacher at Wooster and a great umpire. Always loved it when he was behind the plate because he was the best and I knew there would be no arguments.

I did not know your uncle but what you have told me about him , he touch many hearts and he was a loving man. Reading all the guest book messages I wish I did have the chance to meet him. I know you loved him very much and he gave you love back. Your uncle was lucky to have a great niece like you to care for him as you did. I know you will miss him so much , as family is important and he was all you had beside your children that loved you. He taught you to do the right thing in life...

My condolences to Mr. Sword's family. He was truly a devoted teacher, and genuinely cared about his students.
