Paul and I worked together as social workers in the 1970s. I always enjoyed his company and interesting conversations. I've seen him a couple of times in the past four years and found him to be even more interesting and compassionate. Christine, you and Paul hosted such a gracious and joyful party for our coworkers from so many decades ago - outside as COVID was new! I was so pleased to meet you then and to witness your close connection with Paul.

We are all so very sad to learn of Paul´s passing. We enjoyed his generosity and warmth so many times. Happy boat rides, 4th of July picnics, talking about the gem that is Shalin Liu. Christine entered his life while we lived next door and we saw him shine even more brightly after she entered his life. He is a special part of our Rockport memories.
