Good man, good neighbor, good he!!, can't believe he's gone. Paul was a lot like my dad-a quiet contributor who did so much good under the radar. Great example to all young men about serving faithfully for your country and church. I will sincerely miss his wry sense of humor but will now probably just keep the garden tools he lent me awhile back...Our neighborhood will never be the same. Love you brother-look forward to good times on the other side!

My husband, Phil Frandsen, was Paul Taylor's best friend and next door neighbor. They grew up together in Gunnison, Utah---two hard-working farm boys that loved the outdoors and hard work. Phil's younger sister, Nila, decided at a very early age that Paul was the guy she wanted as a husband. I don't think she ever looked left or right at another possibility! It was truly tragic that Nila passed away so young at age 50, leaving Paul to finish raising their 4 children. There has never...
