Not sure what to say?

Rest in peace, Paul ... I was his organ student and served in the choirs under him at St. Michael's as a child, then returned to be Assistant Organist for a year. He was a very solid musician and had a great talent for both composing and building up and conducting choirs. Glad he had a nice long life and was recognized.

It´s a year since the death but we just learned about it. I worked for Paul for 23 years. He was a remarkable person. Not only talented but so kind & pleasant. Many times my husband & I would take him to lunch. So enjoyable & such nice memories. He & Joyce attended both of our daughters weddings as well as their Bat Mitzvahs. He played for both weddings & we had a very favorite couple who were in the choir sing solo while Paul played. So special.

Marvin knew Paul for years before I met him. He was a gentleman and always gracious. Marvin and I worked on the organ many years ago.

Dr Thomas was a huge part of my childhood. Many years in choir at St Michael and all angels and even took extra voice lessons from him. He was so talented and the anthems I liked best were some of his own. I will always remember him fondly ( except for that dinging bell he had on the piano to keep us in line . RIP Dr . Thomas

Sic Transit Gloria Mr Thomas! I was a regular attendee of your "Bach's Lunch" recitals back in the 1990s. I enjoyed the music and meeting you afterwards. We met once more when I assisted the late Marvin Schudi in servicing his fine organ at St. Michaels. Thank you for all you did in this world. Wherever you land I'm sure there will be great music in abundance.
