Paul Norton Thurber died peacefully in his home December 8, 2006 surrounded by his family. Paul was born in Prescott, AZ on December 25, 1955. He is the son of Norton Albert Thurber and Virginia Lee Robertson, and the brother of Carolyn (Bruce) Voigt, Ann, and Barbara Thurber, all of Flagstaff, AZ. Paul grew up in Flagstaff, AZ, graduating from Flagstaff High School in 1973. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Washington, D.C. He later became an Engineer for Motorola. Paul's greatest joy in life was his family. He is survived by his dear wife of 28 years, Diana Lynn Hammond and their children, Melanie (Daniel) Gibson, Bryce James (Lara), Autumn, Daniel, Lindsey, Michael, and Adam. He was the proud grandpa of Maycie, Nathan and Ryan Gibson and Madison Thurber. Viewing will be at Bunker Garden Chapel, 33 N.
