Not sure what to say?

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tully,
I was just reading the Westside HS Alumni publication and was saddened to learn of Paul's death. He would carpool with me to ISU in
Ames, Iowa. He was a SAE and I a Kappa. He was a great guy and always had a smile on his face.
My condolences to all of you that loved him.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tully, Julie, and David:

I only today, and quite unexpectedly, learned of Paul's untimely death. My memories of Paul go back 46 years, when a bit wild, smiley faced guy named Paul Tully was my best friend, he 5, and me, 8 years old. I remember those sweet times, our reading comics, cleaning the kennels, racing through dog shows, causing all sorts of mischief and mayhem - some of the best and happiest memories of my childhood. Upon reading this notice, I realized...

Dear Tully Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Paul's untimely passing. My mother lives next door to his house on 90th, and when I stayed with her for a few months several years ago, Paul graciously let me use the fenced in yard for my dog when I walked her. I never will forget that kindness. I go way back with Paul, to high school, though he was a few years my senior. At one time he dated one of my best friends. I will never forget his wonderful smile and gentleness.
Blessings and...

The Tully family,

I was saddened to hear of Paul's untimely death. His life had crossed my path many times over the years. I remember that State Swimming meet when Paul and Bob Hartford shaved their heads. (Losing is easy to noble victors.) I remember a summer life-guarding at Omaha Country Club with Julie. (Hey Viola! Remember those hamburgers from Ruby in the kitchen?) And just a few years ago, I saw Paul and David, here in Kansas City. My thoughts go out to your family. ...

The Tully Family

I am saddened to have heard about Paul's passing. What fun we would have with Paul at all of those dog shows growing up in Omaha.

I am happy to have had many opportunities to have spent with Paul
What a blessing to have known him.

He had a great spirit and was a kind person.

Emily,

It was so nice for you, your Dad, and Carlyle to visit us when you were in Charleston. Paul was a good friend and we always hated to see your family leave WV.

You had a great Dad and you have many memories to cherish. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and we are always with you.
