Paul was such a great guy .I grew up down the street from him.He and his wife Hida would pack up my self and my two brothers and other neighborhood kids in his car and drive us out to Secaucus to box at the PAL .He was so kind and tolerant I will always cherish his kindness .

This is a GREAT loss for us all. I knew Paul since the late 1970's and I watched him as he ran Party's and Picnic's for several Orphan Organizations for years. I saw him led us in building Monuments for several Great boxers such as Joe Borrell, Ike Williams, Tippy Larkin and Jersey Joe Walcott.

It didn't stop there, in 1996, he led the 75th anniversary of Dempsey-Carpentier fight in Jersey City. I remember standing out in the rain that day for hours, and he never went for cover, as he...
