Not sure what to say?

May dad, Doug Mann, was the "old man" of The Youngest Crew, at age 21. He was very proud of his service with this outstanding group of men. I appreciate the carefully crafted book that Paul Wagner wrote and I'm making sure that both of my sons have a copy to mark the heroics of their grandfather and the rest of the crew under Paul's command. Blessings to his family. You have reason to be very proud.

Dear Mike: So Sorry to hear of your Dad's death. It was time. But he is still your Dad. Condolences.

Paul granted me permission to re-publish his book "The Youngest Crew" when he thought about retiring it. I just couldn't let his crews magnificent experiences during World War-II become forgotten in due time . Godspeed to you, Sir! May the afterlife greet you with open arms! Sincerely, Konrad

My name is Guy Mattana I was talking with my son about Paul and WII. I was his ball turret gunner on our B17 flight crew. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He is in my prayers. I was proud to be a member of his crew. My best to all the family.

Thinking of you all as you say goodbye to this great man and hero. My mom & dad loved him. I am so grateful for his service to our country, and his wonderful book about the crew. Wish I could be there for the services, but you will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry for your loss Mike and Susan and family. What a great man he was. Hugs.
