Not sure what to say?

Coach Waite was my weight training & football coach for 3 years at Bountiful High School, and he was an inspiration to all of his students and football players. He was always very positive and encouraging with everyone. He made me feel really good about myself, and he encouraged me to always do my best. I've always had great memories of him, and I'm very glad that he was my coach. I'm so very sorry to find out that he has passed. My thoughts and condolences are with his family. Gerald (Jerry)...

My funniest memory of Paul is when we were in the Marianas around 1985. Paul was the Commander A/1/19 SFGA and I was his XO. Paul learned that Cabbage Patch dolls were on special in the Guam PX. There was a limit of two per customer so he needed an extra hand to get three for his girls. He enlisted me to pick up one for his girls and I could use my allowance to get one for my daughter Angela. We waded in with all the other shoppers and elbowed into the fray. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Paul Waite: Thank you so much, you helped unite the city, the student body, and a group of guys to do their best or in your words" you will have a big fat redhead after you "Bountiful High School Braves Football and student body class of 1976. your friend.

Such a great guy and such a positive leader in my youth. Always complimenting us kids and pushing us to excel! I think he knew the whole VHS student body by name. Thank you Mr. Waite. The best!!!

A good man. Soldier and friend He also served as the Commandant of the Utah Military Academy/Regional training Institute. He conducted my exit interview when I retired in 1996. RIP brother, DOL

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Paul. while he was a High School director, he would always visit with me when he visited our school. I really enjoyed our visits. He was a great leader.

I´m so sorry to hear of Paul´s illness and passing. What a great man he was! Enjoyed having him as a VP when I a student at Viewmont although he was scary when you were caught sluffing! Haha. Later I was able to work with him as a coach and student teacher at Viewmont! He was a fantastic support of a new young coach/teacher! We need more educators/administrators like him! I have fond memories and am grateful for the opportunity to know Paul, his darling wife Julie and talented daughter...

I´m so sorry to learn of Paul´s illness and passing. I had the privilege of working with him at the School District for several years.
