Not sure what to say?

I worked for Paul at the Coffee House Gallery once summer and actually looked up to and wanted to emulate my boss for the first time ever, in my life. An important man like Paul didn't need to treat his staff people as equals, he could have behaved as though I was nothing more than his employee. But Paul Wallace was a much better human being than that. He looked at everyone the same way, prince or pauper. He treated every person in his path with respect and a genuine kindness that is rare...

Paul was a wonderful man. He was my mentor while attending nursing school and working at the old Cook's. He taught me so much. Paul was a blessing to many children and adults. I just heard of his passing from a friend. I will be praying for your family. I thank God for the opportunity to have known Paul.

Paul: What a great guy!! Paul and I officed next to each other at Cook's and shared a secretary for many years. It was an honor for me to serve with Paul on the Roanld McDonald board. Always with that impish smile. Rest in peace my friend.

Paul was a remarkable, accomplished man who shall be so missed by so many. I was most impressed by his generosity of spirit and humility. A true class act and a wonderful friend. My heartfelt condolences to Trey and his Family.

Paul always had a smile and a nice word for me.. I will miss him and his wonderful sense of humor..

You will be missed in the community. Sorry about your loss to the family.

I was saddened to hear of Paul's passing. He always had a smile and a kind word for those who went to his Gallery Coffee Shop! He indeed was a man of many talents! He brought "joy" too many and I will always treasure the times spent visiting over a cup of coffee! Saying "farewell" is hard. But, will see you in Heaven!

God must be bringing home his best Christian Soldiers. The Tarrant County community has lost another true pioneer in our area. Paul gave freely, never asking for more than was needed. His work with special children is greatly admireable. He will be truly missed by the many he touched in his special way. A true friend couldn't of been more than Paul. May your family know that we lost a true friend, and Heaven has gained another Christian Soldier.

I knew Paul when I was a volunteer in the emergency room at the old Cook's Children's Hospital on W. Lancaster. He was a wonderful, funny and inspirational person. I know he will be greatly missed.
