Not sure what to say?

A Giant, in quality and character. Love helping others. Truly a people person. Certain Paul kept God in control of his life.

Outstanding in college. Friendly and like people.

Family, I just learned of this and am so sorry. Sylvia and I wish you comfort and love.

To the entire family, We are sorry for this loss and great patriarch. I extend deep sympathy from Dudley Gill, Jr. Dudley Gill, III, Marion and myself. The memory of his leadership, devotion and kindness across the decades will not be forgotten.

I was sadden to hear of the passing of Judge Webber. I was one of his secretaries at the firm Dolphin, Branton, Stafford and Webber. My prayers are with the family. Dorothy and Ronnie Mitchum

An humble giant of Justice and his people, a leader of his country, may he journey in peace with the angels.

To the entire Paul Webber Family--Phyllis and I mourn the lost of Judge Paul Rainey Webber III. He was a great friend and outstanding jurist. The memory of his kind words will always remain in our thoughts.

Dear Cheryl, Eric and family. I am heartbroken to just find out that we lost my favorite mentor and Judge. Judge Webber swore me in as a member of the D.C. Bar many years ago and has remained friendly over the years through our families. He was and remains in my heart a true gentleman and lovely person.

I was very saddened to hear of Judge Webber's passing. On behalf of the Duckenfield Family, please accept our condolences. My late father often spoke glowingly about Judge Webber, with whom he served for many years as Clerk of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. May he rest in peace and, may his family and friends always be blessed with sunny memories of a warm and gracious gentleman.
