The Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning at Utah State University wishes to convey our condolences to Larry's family. We have heard from many former students and faculty who knew and worked with him. They have all said he was a great man and huge contributor to the department.

I will miss you my amazing grandfather, mentor, and friend. What a special man you were and always will be. Picturing that snicker and laugh of yours makes me smile. I'm so glad my boys and husband got to know you and love you as well. Be in peace and with the one you love.

I sure will miss you, Gramps! You set a wonderful example of how a good person should live, and had an endless supply of unconditional love. Love, your grandson.

I was fortunate to have been able to visit Larry several weeks ago and enjoy some memorable moments with him.

He truly was a man who did not seek attention or adulation but "quietly went about doing much good." His love for neglected animals reflects the goodness of his character and the great capacity of love in his heart.

I will miss seeing his distinctive golf swing at the driving range at Logan River, but I will fondly remember many of the conversations that ensued and...

Brother Wegkamp was a great missionary to our special needs class at the Logan Institute. He shared kindness and charity with all the students. We will miss Bro. and Sis. Wegkamp and we will always be thankful for their service and Christ like love they shared with all they came in contact with. Sister Gardner and Students
