Dear Moretta, Brian, Paul and family, We are so sorry for your loss! As a neighbor on Shafer Avenue for over 22 years I experienced the kind of man that he was. As a child growing up he would often join us in our neighborhood activities, whether it was : sleigh riding, snow ball fights, ice skating or flying a kite. He was there.
