I'm very sorry to hear of Mr. Wellspeak's passing. I spent many hours in the Wellspeak house on Yeoman Ave as a youngster. Billy was my best friend. I remember Mr. Wellspeak taking us to church at 2nd Congregational on Sunday mornings and then to his parent's house on Rt. 20. He was a very nice man.
