I only knew Paul from his videos & others when he visited the USA. We e-mailed back and forth a few times and I always loved his videos, sense opf humor, his wit and his great knowledge of craft brewing . He had designed an amazing brewery and always answered any questions I had . He truly was such an amazing human being & will be sorely missed by many people from around the world .
