Paul T. Widener

Our prayers and thoughts are with the family. We have fond memories when Paul would come to Egypt to visit Amy. Our trip to Siwa riding the sand dunes. Then Paul came with us to Jordan and we visited Petra together, this was a very special time of sharing. It is with mixed emotions that we release Paul into the Lords hands. We are sad and want to hold on to him we are at the same time rejoicing we know we will see him again and we will praise the Lord of all creation together forever. Love...

Much love to all the Wideners, especially Amy & Caleb. We are so grateful to have shared a meal in a Chinese restaurant in Cairo with Amy & her Dad. What a legacy he left, and even now enjoys, that his daughter is someone so devoted to walking out Christian sacrifice. Warm hugs, condolences, solace.

My sincere sympathy to Pete's children and extended family. He was a 1958 classmate at WHS and although we didn't have any classes together he was always nice and a good athlete. At several of our class reunions, I recall how he loved to dance and how smooth a dancer he was. With his lifetime of Christian service, I'm sure he is dancing with the angels in heaven!
